I don't usually post negative reviews. With the new management, I wanted to give this Post Office a try. It was okay so far, a black gentleman is always wonderful.
But today other staff crossed limits. Pam was awful and threw insults at me. She refused to take my Amazon return in manufacture box. Even though I clearly showed them "No Box Required" message by Amazon. They accused me of lying. I was forced to walk away with a big box on my hand. To the Broad Street Mall post office, who happily took it in seconds. Oxford Road Pharmacy manager was also unhelpful, we have switched our pharmacy as well.

URGENT WARNING: Unprofessional Conduct & Suspicious "Missing" Parcels
I have used this Post Office for years—from the old location to the current one—but I am officially finished with them. If you value your money and your sanity, do not have expensive items delivered here.
I recently went to collect 3 parcels. I knew a 4th expensive gift had been delivered, but I didn't have the code on my phone yet, so I planned to return for it. When the staff member (Pamela) asked if I was expecting anything else, I said "No" (referring to a separate 5th parcel I knew was lost by the courier and wouldn't be arriving). Shockingly, the moment I got home, I saw she had marked that 4th parcel—which I never touched—as "COLLECTED."
When I went back to confront them, the service was appalling:
• Zero Effort: Pamela didn't even bother to go to the back room to look for the item.
• Lame Excuses: I was told there was a "barcode mix-up" and that the parcel was "pending," despite her already manually clearing it as collected in the system.
• A Pattern of "Disappearing" Goods: This is the second time an expensive order has "vanished" at this branch, only to miraculously reappear and be sent back to the sender the moment a refund was triggered.
Both the courier and the retailer conducted formal investigations and confirmed the parcel was definitely in this shop’s possession. I was lucky the retailer was understanding enough to issue a courtesy refund, but no customer should have to fight this hard because of a Post Office’s incompetence or dishonesty.
