One worker is really rude, always angry when we bring parcels and doesn’t accept parcels. He told us today to go to a different Royal Mail shop. In that case they should not accept parcels and let the other Premier handle them where there is much better customer service. The younger guy however is really nice and does parcels whenever we go.

Very rude and unprofessional service! The man was not helpful, not friendly. I lost my parcels twice in this shop. Never visit it anymore!
