Never open when you need it. Informed online a parcel had been delivered, went to collect within 30 minutes of receiving notification, Post Office closed. 1:30pm on a Friday. Asked when it would open, the lady behind the counter did not know. This has happened a number of times over the last month or so. I'll be arranging to collect somewhere else from now on!

Easter Monday, needed to post parcel urgently. Looked in line - Avon Way Post Office open. Stood at PO Counter no notice saying closed and open books other side suggested someone was working. Waited for a good while.Eventually asked Assistant stood at other till - ‘nah, not today’……. So just left and went elsewhere to buy groceries we also needed.

Very rude staff. I came across 2 women who couldn't even be bothered to say hello back before pointing out "post office is closed. Come back Monday." Post office closed at 13:00 and I arrived at 13:05. Why are the opening hours on the outside saying it's open until late then?
And why be rude? You chose to work there and deal with customers.
