This is by far the worst post office service I have ever experienced.
The branch is supposedly open until around 5:30 PM, yet every single time I go there, it is CLOSED. It does not matter whether you come at 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 5:10 PM, or even 5:20 PM — the windows are shut and nobody is there.
What is the point of having posted opening hours if the office simply ignores them?
People rely on postal services for important deliveries, official documents, and in my case, medical items and urgent correspondence. I had essential medical-related parcels to collect and important letters to send, and once again there was nobody there. Completely unacceptable.
This is not just inconvenient — it is irresponsible and disrespectful to customers’ time and needs. A public service should not operate randomly whenever staff feel like showing up.
If you cannot maintain your advertised hours, then update them honestly instead of wasting people’s time and causing serious problems for customers.

I was in a hurry to return two amazon parcels. I called them up on the phone to ask what time they close, and I was told 5:45pm today (which is a Wednesday). So I rushed off to get there before that time. When I arrived, I saw a cheerful lady standing behind the counter. I said I would like to return to packages to Amazon, to which she asked if I was the person who called up. I said yes, and she said she was waiting for me to arrive - which was very nice! I handed over both packages, she scanned both QR codes, and it was the most simple and painless process I could ever imagine! About 25 minutes later I got two emails from Amazon detailing a refund for the items I had just sent! She was very helpful, very kind, had a good sense of humour - but most importantly, she made me feel like I want to go back there for my other postage needs! In addition to that, the shop assistants at the till were very cheerful and friendly to talk to - to the point I forgot to unlock my phone to activate apple pay lol Anyway, it's a nice place. I'd recommend anyone to go there, maybe call in advance if the opening hours are different online...just to avoid any misunderstandings. 100% recommended by myself.
