I will now not be using this place anymore because of this. I would suggest that all businesses in this location request to have this ridiculous parking charges removed, as it will seriously effect your business. We drove in purely for my partner to drop something into the post office, while I stayed in the car, with the engine running for just a few minutes and we are somehow expected to pay for parking for this. Absolutely ridiculous and to make matters worse, the person couldn’t process the Royal Mail return, even though it was one of their own barcodes. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Took the item somewhere else and they sent it without issue
- DDDilainDec 16, 20191.0Just went it to buy cigarettes, only one person was on the till ( post office till), and there was a long queue, so I joined the queue. After waiting 25 minutes to be served because 1 of the 3 shelf stackers couldn’t be bothered to log in to a till. I finally go the till. I ask “ can I have 20 B&H blue” to then be told “ you need to go the the other till”. I was waiting 25 mins to find out you can’t buy convenience at that till. I am a tyre fitter so i only get 30 minute lunch break and 90% was wasted in your sorry excuse of a shop.
