I had to wait while they were texting without acknowledging me or apologising. They were also shifting the parcels around with no care at all. I was a bit worried when my new phone was chucked onto the counter at me. I hope that this was just a one off bad experience, but I will not willingly return.

They appear to make their own rules as they go. They were also rude. Avoid as much as you can. Do yourself a service and go elsewhere.
