When I picked up a missed delivery from here, I was really surprised at the member of staff's behaviour and lack of any kind of customer service. I had to wait while they were texting without acknowledging me or apologising. They were also shifting the parcels around with no care at all. I was a bit worried when my new phone was chucked onto the counter at me.
I hope that this was just a one off bad experience, but I will not willingly return.

Tried to return an Amazon parcel, they simply rejected it because it was too big? There are no such restrictions on Amazon website or when being guided to return. They appear to make their own rules as they go. They were also rude. Avoid as much as you can. Do yourself a service and go elsewhere.
