- KKKehindeMay 5, 20261.0I posted a large item at this post office late last year and till date Royal Mail claims they never picked it up at this post office, but the post office claims they handed it to Royal Mail, the package was never found and I never got any compensation, that was the last time I ever sent any item at this post office and also the last time I ever used Royal Mail, I’d rather go much farther to a different post office after that horrible experience.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
