I could hear talking in the background so I know someone was there. I kept trying to attract attention by shouting down the phone still nobody answered so I hung up and tried again but of course line was busy. what a disgusting way to treat the public. Not acceptable.

Least you could’ve done is updated the page on here, then I wouldn’t have had my parcel delivered to you in the first place. What person working a typical 9-5 job can pick up a parcel when you cut down the hours all the time? Ridiculous.
