Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other negative reviews. I don't think people realise that it is easier to be kind and helpful, than be rude and miserable.
Local stores are important for the community but this place is sadly lacking in good vibes.

If you want to go into a rude and unhelpful shop, this is the place for you. The Post Office service is non existent. Very disappointing. Should be 0 stars.đ

Very disappointed with the rude service of the staff here. I'd received an email from Parcelforce telling me to drop it there. When I arrived, he told me they don't do these Parcelforce deliveries and basically to "go away". When I showed him the email I received, he told me it was entirely my problem, he doesn't care and I should ring Parcelforce and sort it out. It doesn't take a lot to be polite, and frankly it's their business that Parcelforce are saying takes the package. Just unnecessarily rude and discourteous people - I'd recommend using a difference option if it's available to you.
