AWFUL, as so many others have said. EVERY time I take my prepaid parcels in, the woman behind the counter says 'you haven't paid enough' as soon as she looks at me. She literally doesn't know what I've paid! I add the measurements and exact weight to Shopify and it generates a label, I've paid enough.
Today she rudely questioned me yet again, and when I said that she's rude, and it's really upsetting that she questions me and accuses me of trying to blag it every time, she told me not to come back again.
When I go to Woburn, they are so kind, they scan everything and give me a receipt without accusations!
Honestly I thought she just had a major problem with me specifically, but from these reviews I can see that it's just a major problem with everyone. Why run a post office?!

Clearly there is a lady working there that does not like being bothered by customers, especially for Post Office services. Had the same awful service on the numerous times I’ve been there. I’d rather go to Harlington and be treated and spoken to the way I would speak and treat people. If you don’t want the Post Office franchise, give it up.
