Opening times don't reflect reality. Last two times I've been during its "open" time the counter has been closed with staff on break or lunch. Simply making the opening times on their door and online include these breaks would save a lot of people wasted trips.

Similar to other reviews, shut early despite fact shop quiet and a senior member of staff standing next to the post till. If the shop does not want post office business why not just say so and tell the post office?
