When I went in there a lady in front was yelling they lost her parcel which was expensive, then the lady behind her who was picking up medication they also couldn’t find hers, and mine they spend 20 mins trying to find. Difficult to understand and deal with. Won’t be using again.

Charging extortionate prices for standard products, went to buy rice the other day that had £2.49 displayed on the packaging however on the shelf they were trying to sell this for £4.49, took the product to the till and the man behind the desk still tried to charge £4.49. Have over-charged my elderly nan for postage frequently too. Just shocking how downhill this place has gone since the last owners left !
