Today at 10.15 waited for 45 min for it to reopen as area manager was having a chat !!.the other day I was told the post was "Down" I asked what does that mean told it's just Down. The week before staff were late getting to work so missed safe opening time so couldn't open all!!. An endless catalogue and the post office don't care. Now Morrisons have their name over the door it's just getting worse and worse. Must be damaging to their brand.

Several young men came in and stopped with no face covering... they were also very rude and swearing at each other. I felt so sorry for the assistant... he was on his own and was the only person in duty, staffing the post office and the shop. I felt unsafe due to the behaviour of the customers.
