- LSLuke StockingSep 7, 20261.0Painfully slow. You’ll go in to post a parcel and come out noticeably older.
- BSBriana ShawAug 19, 20261.0The man that works at the post office section has shocking customer service. I got to the desk and he shouted at me and told me that I can wait! I couldn’t believe it when 10 minutes later of me waiting, he came back with a cup of tea. Ridiculous. There was a long queue of people waiting behind me getting more frustrated than I was.
- GJGavin JeromeAug 7, 20261.0Went to return a headboard but they wouldn't except it saying the post man wouldn't take it as it was to big. So I went to kimbolton Rd, no problem.
- TLTim LeaJul 5, 20261.0Very disappointing service received at Goldington Post Office, surely having a main counter and a combi counter in the shop you would have hoped or thought that one could have been open for busy??? But sadly NO. A very rude lady serving in the shop, didn’t seem to care , just told me to come back Monday!!! Certainly will not.
- MAMatt AshmoreJun 12, 20263.0It is unclear if the post office closes at 5 or 5:30 It says 5:30 online... I got there at 5:20. The guy behind the counter had a closed sign up. Hed did process the VED for me... So he was either super helpful... Or cheekily trying to close up early.
