Plus the opening hours are really convenient It sounds dramatic but when you have one or more parcel, most of the staff are rude and unhelpful however not this one. I had 10 parcels and not once I feel rushed or at an inconvenience.

Navin asked if he could help and I said I want to take some money out of my bank account. He said no problem I can do that for you. He went above and beyond to help. As I was leaving another customer came to pick up his Amazon parcel and he got that for the customer. Great customer service. Well done.
