Was served by an assistant named Caroline, she explained all the options available to myself when I had to return a package. Very helpful, would use again.

Very poor Royal mail post office
The post office is not open on a Sunday now and a stupid little poster was put on a notice board informing The public blink and you miss it
Its very hit and miss when it's open, can't blame the staff as sometimes they need to serve in the shop and short staffed
The management are to blame
