When they finally appeared, even though i had instructions to take the amazon return to that specific counter i was told "it doesn't scan" even though i had a QR code and instructions. The people behind me in the queue mentioned what a dreadful post office this is. Thank god i don't live locally so won't have to wait ages for poor service again.
