Post office that includes a small shop. It shares premises with a tearoom that is open from the morning to early afternoon. Service is very friendly and the menu is traditional: bacon, eggs, scones, teas and coffees.
The decor is 'retro' with lots of early 20th century signage etc.

The lady threw the package on the ground therefore it missed the last post for an important 1st class next day delivery
It didn't get there for well over a week which is a disgrace
Sort your customer service out and be more careful with important delivery's
