- PRPrathiksha Ravivarman5 days ago1.0I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. The staff were extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome. The level of customer service was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I will not be visiting again. No customer should be made to feel this way.

- GHGordon HannahSep 2, 20261.0Team member was charge a parcel price instead of a large letter for a stamp. £4.00 rip off. Like why would I send a parcel through post office when evri is tracked and cheaper. What’s the point of the letter sizing thing if they don’t follow it.
