A kind member of staff intercepted us and immediately offered to carry the parcel to the counter. He asked for the QR code and waited patiently for me to find it on my phone. Straight away the label was printed and I was given a receipt as proof of posting. This was really pleasant and helpful service. I will use this post office again. Many thanks.

I was completely stressed out and made a few errors when completing the special delivery envelopes for sending and having it returned to me safely and David and Ben guided me and kept me right whilst keeping me calm and making me feel 'normal' when I felt a bit silly. They had great personable skills but professional with it. I for one appreciate that from assistants, especially when I get myself a little muddled.
