I take all my parcels to this post office everyday, and the service is consistently outstanding. Jackie and Benjamin, who work here, are incredibly helpful, efficient, and always friendly. They make the process of sending and receiving parcels so much easier. If you’re looking for a reliable post office with staff who truly care about their customers, this is the place. Highly recommend!

My wife and I called in this morning, 2nd June 2026, carrying an awkward parcel for posting. A kind member of staff intercepted us and immediately offered to carry the parcel to the counter. He asked for the QR code and waited patiently for me to find it on my phone. Straight away the label was printed and I was given a receipt as proof of posting. This was really pleasant and helpful service. I will use this post office again. Many thanks.

On 7th May I went in to send my passport off to DVLNI and I was assisted by both David and Ben. I was completely stressed out and made a few errors when completing the special delivery envelopes for sending and having it returned to me safely and David and Ben guided me and kept me right whilst keeping me calm and making me feel 'normal' when I felt a bit silly. They had great personable skills but professional with it. I for one appreciate that from assistants, especially when I get myself a little muddled. Thank you David and Ben and I will always go to Abbotts Cross post office.
