Arrived to collect a parcel and told no staff were on and I had to come back. Came back a couple of days later and had to wait in a 15 minute queue just to get served

Major fall in service standards since the move from RS McColl's and the staff who knew the job left. I used both dozens of times. This is a part time PO which shuts for lunch and when staff are too busy selling biscuits and fags. It's not the fault of the workers that it's so poor, Morrison's (the US Private Equity owner supermarket) are at fault. Staff attitude and knowledge is variable with some clearly finding the PO a pain in the backside. But you might be lucky.
