Refused my own parcels due to only being allowed to serve customers for electric & gas. Never heard such rubbish in my life. Failed to tell myself and others this that stood in the que.

The staff are often unhelpful and refuse to accept certain packages without giving a clear reason. They always seem to be in a rush, and surprisingly, the Royal Mail counter is closed during lunch hours, which makes no sense
