Had to collect a parcel for a friend today and was having a bit of difficulty with miss communication, the lovely women and her colleague (possibly supervisor) were so amazing, friendly and helpful. And knowing the amount of documentation I needed to collect my friends parcel made me realise how secure the parcel was. I will definitely use them in the future.
