On the last three occassions I have dropped of a prepaid package the staff have had something to say about the lable or the package. Today it was because the lable was too big for the box and had to be folded over an edge. If I had reduced the lable size it would not have been legible. On the previous two occassions, in spite using boxes designed to go through letter boxes, my packages have failed their guage test, resulting in supplemental payments. In future I will use where possible, an alternative courier, which in addition to being cheaper, does not comment on my lables or boxes, and I can drop off the packages much nearer my house.
