I asked for all to be sent standard second class. Not until I got home and looked at the receipt did I realise one had been sent Tracked 48 and the other two were two different prices. One week later the recipient of one has advised me they had to pay an extra £1.50 because not enough postage had been paid. Really poor service, will not go back.

- LLLatte-ToriOct 16, 20231.0On the 10th October before 1pm we attempted to send bereavement cards to U.S. However the assistant at the post office failed to weigh them and put on second class stamps for the U.K when we clearly stated it was for the U.S.A and needed to be weighed. He couldn't have been less interested and offered no apology so we took them elsewhere as it was vital that these cards made it to their destination. He clearly didn't have a clue what he was doing perhaps staff training would be a good idea. We will not be using Garthdee post office again to send simple cards and letters.
