Used to be very good but the new staff don't seem to know the systems, i've collected two amazon parcels only to then get emails from amazon telling me they hadn't been collected. I have previously posted parcels to go signed for and used stamps i have to cover the cost, this appears to cause problems for the new staff and this morning i was charged nearly £10 to send i parcel that normally costs £6 and was asked if i could p!ease not use stamps, which i get for free. The new owners shouldn't let staff work on their own if they don't know the systems.
