My Zara package was full of other people's mail and not Zara items other than the one that I never bought. Well today is Feb. 3 and I was supposed to receive 3 boxes of Zara and as of now I only received one box of Zara. I was told that the other boxes will be delivered today, I really hope that Royal mail is going to deliver them to me otherwise I will have completely lost trust in royal mail to mail out or receive any mail at all. When I told the manager or worker at the Tarves Post office they told me to take the Zara box full of mail back with me and dispute it with the delivery team instead and gave me the number to call. Now the responsible action they could of taken is apologise, take back the mail and packages that were in my box to and try to find out who is doing this and put a stop to this. I will be contacting Zara and requesting them to use a different delivery service instead of royal mail.
