I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while, but after today's experience I’m compelled to do it straight away.
Prince in the Post Office went out of his way to help me resolve my car tax, which I’d accidentally let lapse by three months 🙈
The process was far from straightforward, as I also had a change of details to sort out. Prince phoned a colleague for advice, and when the application was refused - twice - he suggested I call the DVLA again and kindly explained exactly what update they would need.
I’m so happy that my car tax is now in place - yay! I must have been in the Post Office for at least an hour today. During that time, many other customers came and went, but Prince patiently and steadfastly persevered until it was resolved. What a star.
He is always such a kind and helpful man anyway, and today he really went the extra mile.
I’m so thankful we have a Post Office in Aboyne, and such a great one at that. Thanks for everything, Prince 🙏

Very helpful. I go here regularly to post vinted parcels and have never had any issues, always quick efficient service. They do close at 3 on the dot so make sure to leave lots of time but staff are always friendly and ask how my day is.

Had a fair few parcels to send today, and recieved brilliant service from the post office worker. He was very kind and offered to help better package one of my parcels which was a bit hastily thrown together originally. I do feel that the office's hours are a little bit ridiculous, 3pm is a very early time for a post office to shop, but despite the small window it's open, it's a nice post office with great customer service.

It says online it opens at 09.00. You DRIVE there to find the notice on the door says 09.30. This is basic stuff that needs to be kept up to date, I will now use an alternative Post Office as this postmaster does not care about customer inconvenience.
