Prince in the Post Office went out of his way to help me resolve my car tax, which Iâd accidentally let lapse by three months đ The process was far from straightforward, as I also had a change of details to sort out. Prince phoned a colleague for advice, and when the application was refused - twice - he suggested I call the DVLA again and kindly explained exactly what update they would need. Iâm so happy that my car tax is now in place - yay! I must have been in the Post Office for at least an hour today. During that time, many other customers came and went, but Prince patiently and steadfastly persevered until it was resolved. What a star. He is always such a kind and helpful man anyway, and today he really went the extra mile. Iâm so thankful we have a Post Office in Aboyne, and such a great one at that.
