- CTCarla T6 days ago1.0My mum has repeatedly been treated poorly by the same employee whenever she comes here to collect packages that we send her. She now dreads having to pick up parcels from this location. On several occasions, even when she has a valid pickup notification showing that the package has arrived, she has been told that it is not there. She is an elderly woman and finds it very difficult and upsetting to be sent away and then have to come back or speak to another member of staff to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this has happened so many times that I now try to avoid having parcels sent here whenever possible. Even when I pay for home delivery, parcels sometimes end up being sent to this location anyway. I really hope this can be addressed, as my mum should not have to feel anxious about collecting a package, especially when she has done everything correctly.
