The service in the post office is awful my parcels arrived 31/12/25 and I was refused my parcel. Went to collect today 03/1/26 refused again. Then they admitted they couldn’t find them. Avoid! use another post office something going on here.

I’d be embarrassed if I was the owner the staff are the face of the business and are disrespectful and rude swearing at other employees in the work space shouldn’t be tolerated. Refused my own parcels due to only being allowed to serve customers for electric & gas. Never heard such rubbish in my life. Failed to tell myself and others this that stood in the que.

I’ve used this shop several times to send Royal Mail parcels, but almost every visit has been frustrating. The staff are often unhelpful and refuse to accept certain packages without giving a clear reason. They always seem to be in a rush, and surprisingly, the Royal Mail counter is closed during lunch hours, which makes no sense

The post office is part of a small convenience store. Staff was not polite nor helpfull. They seem to always be in a rush. They were not well informed in all the different postage methods supported by their courrier service
