Refused my own parcels due to only being allowed to serve customers for electric & gas. Never heard such rubbish in my life. Failed to tell myself and others this that stood in the que.

Staff appear to not know what they are doing. Also, the counter is very small and the line sometimes long so the staff get frustrated easily. Finally, I should mention that this post office closes for lunch between 12.00 - 1.00pm which is really annoying.
