- JHJillian H.Jul 7, 20261.0Total waste of my time. I couldn't print my label to the correct dimensions of my parcel. When I went with a copy of the label, the post office said they couldn't help. I told them I would be back soon and went to a friend's who is more tech literate for help. I came back less than 20 minutes later, at 14.03 and there was a sign up saying the post office was closed until 15.00 for staff lunch. The staff never mentioned this to me. I had checked online for opening times in the morning and saw no mention of this on their opening hours. I'm off to the next nearest post office. Useless. This happens so often that 3 other people in the shop told me it happened to then. This seems to be a common occurrence. Post Office..... pull it together.

It has time to print out a fulsome notice in store saying what its opening hours are and to erect a barrier emphasising it is closed to all comers at 3.10pm on a Thursday, yet it doesn't have the time or courtesy to update its Google listing opening hours for the week first thing on a Monday morning.
