- PDPaul DawsonMar 26, 20265.0I think its not a bad shop seemingly a guy and his family trying to make a living... there is a post office here which is really handy for me as its just across the street... the lady here helped me with taping up.my parcel and lableing it correctly when I didnt have the stuff I needed which I really appreciated... the guy who works here doesn't seem to be great with English but understands reasonably well what I say to him... there are a number of items here I like to buy including headphones which are reasonably cheap and not too bad quality... most shops in the area sell similar stuff but I have had a few bargains here too.... once I got a box of broken biscuits for six pound which were good and kept me going for ages when I didnt have much else... it would be easy to pick faults and flaws with the shop but the guy is obviously trying his best to stay afloat... In what must be a very difficult period for shops like this... I wish him all the best and will try to shop here more frequently to support him.... not bad but could do with some improvements....

The short woman there don't know how to use the till or how to use the post office section, but the bald guy takes the lead in knowing little to nothing, guy knows No English, starts speaking some foreign language, gets aggressive for no reason if you ask him questions about post office section and starts opening a book to see how to operate the post office. If you happen to go there and find the guy, run fast and don't look back!

I went quite early around 6am so there was no one else. So unsatisfactory customer service.
- SCSteven CrossSep 25, 20231.0Left a 2nd class signed for package here which contained valuable film for developing. All properly sealed and labelled. Dropped off but no movement 10 days later. I went back to the shop to say it had been collected however contacting Post Office and Royal Mail they couldn't help me. I had to claim for it however it was not found. Now I have footage lost forever due to their incompetence. Never again will I use Royal Mail / Post Office, DPD will get my business going forward. Avoid if sending one off items
