- BBBethanyJul 17, 20251.0I know people say this on reviews all the time but if I could give this location zero stars I would. I called this location on 7/17/25 at 8:45 am and spoke to the most disgustingly rude person I have ever encountered in my life. I tried to explain to her that my package showed to be at that location according to the online tracking and she wouldn’t even allow me to finish what I was saying. She never once offered any assistance or helpful advice. She just blew me off. I truly believe you have to be completely miserable and rude to even qualify to work for a post office. People do not want to help anymore. They just want to be paid to show up and not lift a finger. It’s pathetic. They need to clean house and completely restructure USPS.

The older lady that comes on Saturday’s at around 445 pm is alwaysssss forgetting stuff. This Saturday, she skipped my whole mailbox completely. I don’t know if it’s cause my neighborhood is the one you have to park cars on the side cause of one car driveways, but I had package that would have to be taken to the door anyways. We watched her skip right over our address. We had a package and four pieces of mail, one being very important and time sensitive. The package is what I needed for work on Monday. Why she skipped over us, I don’t know. I have informed delivery so I see what I’m supposed to get. Please don’t do this as I couldn’t being my report to work on Monday!
