Not sure why this post office never answers their phone. The postmaster is never there at the location. My carrier Lisa is a rude, evil and horrible employee who signed my name to a certified delivery slip when she initially came to the front door to drop mail on the porch and was walking back to her vehicle when I got to the door saying I will take this back and you can pick it up at the office. The very next week she signed the slip and placed the letter in my box.
Last month (03/14/26), My carrier Lisa placed important cancer medication outside the mailbox on the street instead of brining it to the door as it could not fit inside the mailbox. I also thought this is what she suppose to do as the mail carrier. I took a picture and sent an email to the postmaster and as of today, no reply from him at all. (See the attached photo).
Now last week she came to the front door to bring a box to the home and sat the mail on top on a windy day. I was glad I heard and saw her driving up to the door. I open the door and said you all don't ring the doorbell anymore? She said we don't have to. I said okay I will remember that when you be placing post cards in my mailbox begging for gifts during the holidays, no worries. Took a picture, got my mail and closed me door. This is ridiculous. (See the attached photo).
Yesterday, got my mail. My carrier Lisa has attempted to remove the certified sticker off the letter in the box with the $6.08 postage stamp still affixed. The postage tells it all. It was a 1 page letter which was only a stamp which does not cost $6.08. I have called the postmaster as he said to call him. Now he have Google Voice on his phone screening his calls and did not answer. I left a message for him to return my call. This is totally against the law which is a federal offense. I will be filing a complaint on all these matters. People want to get paid but barely want to do the work these days. I called the post office and as usual no answer at 8am as they just open for the day. (See the attached photos).
I have screws in my back and my carriers Lisa knows this but people don't care about anything anymore but themselves.
Our tax dollars at work. Go figure.
God is still good.
This type of shenanigans does not deserve a star at all and should be zero.
