The associate was rude and tactless as she attempted to explain what I needed to do for my package to be accepted by her. As I was leaving, she yelled across the store for me to go to uhual, which was just simply uncalled for after I had already explained that it was a return to a company with a provided label. I did not get her name but she was working on March 2nd, 2026 at around 10am. I doubt anyone cares or will do anything but I will not go back to this location.
