    I recently shipped several large plastic boxes for my move through USPS, and I had a mixed experience at first. The process was not going well initially — I was helped by two female employees who were not helpful at all, did not offer solutions, and made everything feel unnecessarily complicated. I was honestly considering leaving and going to another location. However, everything completely changed when I was assisted by SCOTT. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, even though I had five very heavy boxes. He made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free. His professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference. I would 100% recommend asking for Scott if you come to this USPS location. He turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. Thank you, Scott!

    This place NEEDS to work with all their employees on properly how to scan items!! HIT ACCEPT NOT DELIVERED!! Absolutely disgusting and then you wonder why so many claims are done through you!!! Absolutely horrible. You make a paycheck and so do the people sending these packages you’re messing with our money with every claim submitted because of this!!! Shame on you and your staff!! You hit accept and it’s accepts the item through our selling platform and all buyers see it’s delivered and never see an update EVER! So they claim it’s not been delivered and it works because it’s been delivered at your location! And you want big money paychecks? Now we know why you’ll never get them. Simple task of hitting a two words. ACCEPT or DELIVERED. Pretty simple id think for the benefits and salaries you get.

    01/22/2026 my package said it was delivered. Checked my mailbox after shift. Not in there. Went in to ask where it was at. The front desk employees said they do not know were it was. They were busy so they got a supervisor. Supervisor Carlos did not seem to care about my lost package. Even laughed at me when I asked how was his team gonna make it right. He shrugged his shoulders and said, “idk.. File a claim” and continued to laugh at me. Had to walk away before I got mad. I'm sure packages get misplaced all the time. Just wanted them to make it right and refund me the 200$ that is now gone.
