    Went to the UPS store needing a document for court in the morning... Kendrick (once realizing I needed to go home to email the document) said he would stay late to accommodate me... Although I made it back before closing he volunteered to go above and beyond for me... You don't usually see this level of customer service anymore... Kudos to you Kendrick, YOU are going places ..

    Shoudve read the reviews I hate delivery stores in general but usually the employees are nice. There is an Indian lady in there very rude. Good thing she caught me in a good mood. She is so rude and acted like I’m slow. Like I’m suppose to know how to do certain things with a package like it’s an every day thing. I don’t even leave reviews but this place sucks. Try other places if possible. Not worth your mood being ruined. And the reply who is saying sorry won’t do anything about it. Just warning other people not to waste their time.

    No acknowledgement when I arrived. Cashier was cold and didn't inform me of my options when I explained what I needed. Had to void transaction and start over when I realized that I had the option to ensure that my delivery was expedited.

    During my visit in the store today, Kendrick was a suprt star. He was so helpful and patient with all his customers. I spend 15 minutes there for an inquiry and getting an international quote, despite that he was the only person who was on the floor, he answered all my questions and helped me with carrying the big box that I had back and forth to my car. Thanks kendrick!
