He just doesn't want to be there, or his life is terrible, or both. When i see him, i go home and come back hoping he's not there. This has forced me and my company to go to FedEx. Sad. Hope he gets help for his issues.

Hopefully they get some people who aren’t disrespectful and don’t power trip. I actually see in the reviews here other people complaining about his behavior, so I’m not really sure why he’s still working for you.

Kendrick (once realizing I needed to go home to email the document) said he would stay late to accommodate me... Although I made it back before closing he volunteered to go above and beyond for me... You don't usually see this level of customer service anymore... Kudos to you Kendrick, YOU are going places ..

Good thing she caught me in a good mood. She is so rude and acted like I’m slow. Like I’m suppose to know how to do certain things with a package like it’s an every day thing. I don’t even leave reviews but this place sucks. Try other places if possible. Not worth your mood being ruined. And the reply who is saying sorry won’t do anything about it. Just warning other people not to waste their time.
