I needed a bunch of files printed so I came here figuring I’d pay a bit to have peace of mind/not have to deal with a printer breaking halfway through a job. Well, that didn’t work out. First, they ran out of paper. So they did 1/3 of my job then told me to go try another UPS Store. When I went to go look at what was printed, all of the pages were out of order. I’m talking 700 pages that we had to sit and sort through. I went back to the staff member I was working with, Lynette, and told her that everything was out of order and that we’d just take the job somewhere else. Lynette told me that although everything printed incorrectly, she still had to charge me. I told her there was no way I was paying full price, so she gave me 50% off. My question is — why did I have to pay for a job that was 1) done incorrectly and 2) unfinished?? We ended up going to the UPS Store on Rose Creek, where the staff took pity on us and finished the entire rest of the job for free — and they did it correctly. STAY AWAY from this place and go straight to the store on Rose Creek.
