  I regret not reading the recent reviews sooner; doing so would have saved me two unsuccessful trips. There is a clear lack of oversight here, resulting in a staff culture that feels entitled and indifferent to the customer experience. While it’s disappointing to see a local business decline this way, there are plenty of other UPS and FedEx locations in metro Atlanta that value their customers

  Employees cut me off in the parking lot after I had been waiting to pull into a spot and was kindly letting them pass before I pulled in. I explained that it was rude because I had been waiting and they cursed at me and told me they needed to go to work. They walked into the ups store and proceeded to start working.

  If you're dropping off an amazon return and its not during heavy traffic, its fine. It's a nightmare to get in and out of when Towne Lake is busy. If you need a notary, go elsewhere! The girl was incredibly unpleasant - did not acknowledge me until I asked if she was a notary, cut me off multiple times and was quite snippy. It wasn't until I apologized to the girl behind me and told her that I'd never had this much trouble as a UPS Store for a notary that the notary suddenly became incredibly nice. "Ok, sweetie" this and "Alright, hun" that. If I wanted to be given a hard time over needing a stamp, I'd just have gone to the bank.

  I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Towne Lake office on Dec 8th at 8:00 am during my scheduled fingerprinting appointment. Despite the presence of staff members, I received no proactive assistance while struggling for approximately 30 minutes with the self-service fingerprint scanning machine. Each time I requested help, I was told, “It’s a self-service machine; we can’t do anything.” No guidance, troubleshooting, or alternatives were offered. What worsened the experience was observing another customer being greeted by name and offered friendly, hands-on assistance. This inconsistent treatment felt both unfair and unprofessional. It was only after I voiced my frustration that one staff member directed me—in a dismissive tone—to call the helpline number displayed on the screen. Had this simple information been shared when I first asked for help, it would have saved considerable time and stress. I expect a basic level of courtesy, consistency, and support from customer-facing staff, especially in settings where applicants may be unfamiliar with the technology or process.

  Worst service ever! came here to return a Amazon package, to print the label they charged me $2.26. It’s Ridiculous. In Amazon it shows free return, but they charge for it. My order is worth $20. The receipt shows $2 fee for using the computer for 1 hour, which I didn’t used it. They used it to print the label which was sent through email. Trying to charge people for nothing. I would not recommend to choose this place as Amazon returns.
