First time girl told me I needed to use the automated check out at the door. Second time, lady was returning 10 or so items while processing each one on her phone. They still didn't offer to help me. Both times no others customers at the counter. Would give zero stars if possible.

We simply needed to drop off an already packaged return with the qr code ready. We will never return to this location. There are way too many other options for customers, to be treated poorly both times we've been in.

I had a couple of questions because this same package was previously lost in transit and returned to my house, and a UPS phone representative told me to drop it off again. Instead of helping, she cut me off and told me, “Take it up with Amazon.” I wasn’t being difficult—I just needed basic guidance to make sure it shipped correctly. Customers deserve better.
