  I walked in to print a couple of resumes and Maria was very helpful in guiding me. She chose just the right paper I needed and was very friendly.

  Won’t take my pre labeled package because they says it’s dangerous. It’s literally and medical cell phone. Telling me I have to drive 15 miles away.

  I just left this location and I am so impressed with the customer service here. It's not often you deal with shipping companies and get exceptional customer service, but I certainly received that today. The lady acknowledged me promptly upon entering and even helped me scan in my prepaid package. She answered my questions clearly and even ran to make sure it would be delivered with the latest pickup that was about to leave. I definitely recommend this location.

  Location is convenient and the people were great. Here's the issue.... They will NOT take anything with a battery in it!! I have an electric scooter with a prepaid return label and checked their site before loading it up and hauling it in. As soon as I get the box to the counter, I'm told they do not accept anything with a battery and I would need to bring the package to an office 15 miles away that was closed for the weekend. This is a time sensitive return and I already had the prepaid label printed and affixed. You'd think in this day and age they would have red flags everywhere if they couldn't take a package like this, but no. Disappointed to say the least. FedEx is a logistics company. It shouldn't be making it's customers figure it out for them. Do better FedEx.....
