Because she lost her receipt.I have only had the best experience here in Winston, from everyone! They go way above what’s required of them. Screaming at someone seems to be the thing to do, always someone else’s fault. - This is why we lose good help. Trauma or not doesn’t mean you can take it out on everyone else, maybe they had trauma too! Wow!

I lost my tracking number and went up there after I was misled to think they could look it up. I was upset but I wasn’t mean to her , she didn’t tell me I could do a missing mail search. I asked her is she knew that was possible she says you could do it online ? Why wouldn’t you tell me that before walking out of the office ? I work customer service and would do anything to help my customers. Then she said “ I did everything I could to help you”. Then she said “ Next time why don’t you not lose your tracking number”. I have short term memory loss due to trauma ! Not that’s it’s your business ! HORRIBLE !

LeVinerOct 9, 20255.0I went to file for a passport, and when first trying to submit the application, first of all, they don't print your online filled application, your birth certificate has to be complete with your mother and father's name, and city, and state of birth. State ID is required also. Rebecca, worked with me the first time, because I had to order from my state what is called a full length birth certificate (as I explained above). So, in returning today, I was able to file for Passport Book and get photo for it with no problem. To get passport book $183.05. Thank you Rebecca for all your help 🙂.
