Me and my fiancé took off work 3 hours early to make our 3:30 appt time. We arrived at 3:32. There was a sign in the passport window that said “closed”. We proceeded to ring the door bell twice. Finally at 3:42, a rude man opened the door and looked at us crazy. I apologized for being 2 minutes late and asked if there was a grace period where I was told no before I could even finish my question. Then proceeded to lie and say he didn’t put his “close” sign up until 3:40. Which was a blatant lie because we had been standing there the whole time. We were ultimately not able to get our passports….-10/10. I’ve never experienced this time of customer service. The man who does the passport is clearly unhappy with life and obviously his job. They might want to consider hiring a person who actually wants to work. Peoples time is valuable…

Don’t even waste your time coming here , especially for a passport . The sad little man that is in charge of the passports hates his life and his job even more . He should be fired . Go to barrow county clerks office for a passport .

Unfortunately, the USPS continues to disappoint when it comes to package handling. I received a school book today, and the postal carrier forced it into my mailbox, bending the book and deforming the box. At this point, USPS is tied with FedEx as one of the worst shippers I’ve dealt with.

I needed to purchase 5 stamps and the employee got pissy that I did not want to buy the whole book of stamps and she had to tear apart the already perforated sheets the stamps are on.
