We proceeded to ring the door bell twice. Finally at 3:42, a rude man opened the door and looked at us crazy. I apologized for being 2 minutes late and asked if there was a grace period where I was told no before I could even finish my question. Then proceeded to lie and say he didn’t put his “close” sign up until 3:40. Which was a blatant lie because we had been standing there the whole time. We were ultimately not able to get our passports….-10/10. I’ve never experienced this time of customer service. The man who does the passport is clearly unhappy with life and obviously his job. They might want to consider hiring a person who actually wants to work. Peoples time is valuable…
