- BGBrittany GOct 26, 20202.0I'm calling the 1800 complaint number on this location tomorrow. I get stuff shipped to my disabled grandmother and then check up the updates online and it shows delivery unable. I mean seriously the lady don't leave the house unless we take her somewhere. Why is it that you can't deliver a package? It shows tried to deliver but 30 mins later it's available to pick it up at USPS. It's not even 4:20 when it's available for pick-up. It makes me think someone is riding the clock. UPS or FedEx never has a problem dropping off her stuff. I'm going tomorrow to check her cameras and see if these people are lying.
- BNBrandon NicholsMar 18, 20191.0Every time I have a package shipped to me that is over 20 lbs or bigger than my mailbox they always refuse delivery. I have had this happen 4 times in 3 months. The last time they said the "mailbox was full" was the reason for the non-delivery and they were delivering a 5 gallon bucket... Since when did 5 gallon buckets fit in a mailbox? Poor customer service when you call as well and they say I will have to come pick it up. I wish Amazon used UPS of FedEx. Our mail continually gets delivered to the wrong address as well.
