- FJfelisha jonesJan 17, 20231.0Horrible headache after dealing with these people all day just for them to tell lies and to give us the run around they are constantly getting packages and not shipping them out or updating tracking info until they feel like it this is the 4th incident that this has happened to us trying to send something so precious to our brothers in Atlanta with overnight shipping all for them to receive it 1 week later in the mail!!!! They would not give us a refund even with proof and made us feel like we was doing the most !!!! The lady there is a big liar extremely rude and disrespectful!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!!! We even let her know that we had her recorded her words was she didn't care and for us to get out of her office!!!! We will be getting intouch with headquarters!!!!!!
