They're either out of something I need for shipping a package, or the staff is rude and shows little to no enthusiasm when assisting myself and others. Today broke the straw. I called up to the office, and kept waiting for someone to pick up the phone for 4 minutes. I know they did not close until five, and I also know how they like to ignore the phone by visiting the establishment. So I stayed on the line until I got something even more unpleasant than a long wait. When someone finally answered the phone "Mike" he answered in such a way, I began to wonder if I'd even called the correct number. He answered the phone with "Yeah?" followed by an angry sigh. When I asked if this was the post-office he made sure to say I was correct with a very demeaning tone. Once it was confirmed, I asked very politely if he could help me with an issue I've been having with a package that's being forwarded back and forth repeatedly to Tampa and Waycross. He proceeded with a moody voice to say there was nothing he could do about it, 'nor was there anything he could do to help me. He blew me off and told me to call back in the morning and hung up. It is quality like this that is allowed which ruins Waycross and keeps it the rubbish town it is. EDIT 10/5/18 Today I am changing my couple-years-old review. This establishment has improved significantly, with much friendlier service and well-stocked supplies. I've visited here numerous times in the past few months and it has been quite pleasant, especially when compared to prior visits. Thank you for showing some places in Waycross can really turn around#
