- MHMary HillDec 20, 20251.0Ridiculous pricing. Outrageously ridiculous. I had one sheet scanned to myself. There’s no self service here so you have to have an employee do something as simple as a scan that takes 20 seconds max. $5. FIVE DOLLARS. For a small town provider whose services are generally provided to an older population, you would think pricing would be more reasonable. I can have something scanned at fed ex in ANY other city for about fifty cents. I live near Atlanta and use scanning services all the time. Have NEVER paid $5 to scan a one page. Won’t ever be back to this place. A major gouging establishment with no conscience.

Nobody EVER answers the phone, the call automatically disconnects after 10-12 rings, and there is no way to leave a message or call back number. You have to physically go to the store and ask. When you do, they ALWAYS give you some B.S. response why they didn't answer. Phone didn't ring, we were busy, answered but it didn't connect, more excuses than a politician at election time.
