I spoke with the service center to file a complaint and was called and reassured that there wouldn't be another issue. Yesterday I was standing outside to receive my package directly and the carrier drove right past me. I got in my car to ask why, given that my package was on the dash in clear view with my name and address and she said "somebody else will deliver it". This is now two issues unresolved from the same person. I have her behavior and statements on camera. I filed another complaint today because the manager never called me yesterday to tell me what happens next. I just want this issue resolved. I have done absolutely nothing wrong to this woman. This is childish and unprofessional. USPS is obligated to deliver my mail as long as conditions are safe and accessible. A personal vendetta because you got told on is ridiculous.
