They are very dismissive and make me feel inadequate. I pray will not ever have to use their service in the future. Perry, Ga. Post Office represenative personnel are both kind and patient, especially to us elders.

I had a passport appointment 09/27/2025 and don’t think I had the right documents but I felt she went above and beyond to help me! She made sure my application was submitted and I really felt like she wanted to help. She was very polite and I asked for her name and told her how nice she was. I’m not really sure about others’ experience because this was my first time there, but I had an awesome experience with her. Hopefully someone there or her reads this and knows she has great customer service!
