- GGGrandmaof6Oct 17, 20251.01 I was returning a mirror because of the mirror that was delivered to me by ups was broken I did a return for them to pick the mirror back up the next day and I put the mirror outside on my front porch because upstairs doesn’t knock on the door to let u know they are picking up. So that’s why I put it on outside. 3:00 pm ups came didn’t pick up the mirror but left me a slip so o could take it to ups myself. Ok cool I’ll take it. So I had another return so I took both of them with the slip and the barcode. So the older man advised me to me that I would need to purchase an envelope to send the other box in because they don’t have anything to put the box in. So I had to pay 2.99 for a packing envelope. Come on this is ridiculous it came in that box with plastic wrapped around it. So uos don’t have plastic
