Threaten to have package sent back yo sender. MY UNCLE is in rehab in town so we ordered clothes and slippers from Amazon. She would not let my mother pick up package even tho it has my uncle name on the package. Yes it is addressed to rehab but my mother had his ID. Crazy part is my mom doesn't drive so someone from town drove her to Post office for the mistreatment. Needs someone that has customer service training... Needs to be more patient
