- KCKhadijah CasseusJan 16, 20251.0U can't get anyone on phone.. The lady was very nasty at the counter. IT IS ONLY 1 PERSON IN THE OFFICE. Never resolved problem... Threaten to have package sent back yo sender. MY UNCLE is in rehab in town so we ordered clothes and slippers from Amazon. She would not let my mother pick up package even tho it has my uncle name on the package. Yes it is addressed to rehab but my mother had his ID. Crazy part is my mom doesn't drive so someone from town drove her to Post office for the mistreatment. Needs someone that has customer service training... Needs to be more patient

Because I have never ever heard the female post master be rude or disrespectful ever. I would like to apologize to you be our regular post master is beyond helpful. She make it a point to get to know everyone who comes in so that she can better assistance in the future. And she is a great person beyond her duties. She was out a few times last year and I wasn't to happy with the gentleman they bought in. He was a little short in manners. But overall, the regular post master at Warm Springs is wonderful sweet and helpful.
