They will state “mailbox full” when not full but trucks are full. Recently, they state on Amazon “package delivered” only to receive a printed note and hand cut that states the item could not be delivered. I am then forced to add 40 minutes to my commute to go to post office to pick up package. If honest, I would have driven straight to post office. Recently, three packages were “delivered to residence box” but nothing was in the locked box. Yet, I get fussed at by postal workers. The inaccurate notifications cause trouble and confusion.
